What we do

At Health and Ed Ltd our main focus is to simplify ALL staffing solutions for our clients. This is done by dealing with all areas of our clients’ staff recruitment and also offering temporary and permanent staffing directly to working in a range of different settings.

We specialise in the Social Care sectors and have a number of staff with experience of working with Young People and Vulnerable Adults. We aim to provide temporary, permanent and contract staff in a timely manner, while offering competitive rates offering clients excellent value for money.

Finding the right staff does not have to be a long drawn out affair, once we have a clear understanding of your requirements, we are able to source suitable candidates and begin the process. Once candidates have completed the registration process we are able to move them into work (either temporary / permanent) quickly. We are also able to offer some clients registered staff that are ready to work straight away.

Our key principle is to always maintain a clear channel of communication with clients/candidates. We communicate regularly with clients and agency staff to ensure that they are happy with the service provided; and that if any issues that arise can be dealt with swiftly.
